readiness for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM)
that took place at Speke Resort & Conference Centre in November
2007 a brand new luxury complex of Presidential Suites was built
in a secluded area of the grounds. Most of the visiting Presidents
and Prime Ministers stayed at this new complex which is called
